The Human Resource Development graduate program offers a state-of-the-art curriculum that emphasizes best practices and current research. Courses are aligned with competency models put forth by leading professional organizations such as the Association for Talent Development (ATD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Organization Development Network (ODN), and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).

A central element of our curriculum is learning as a means to strategically improve long-term individual and organizational performance.
